Terrible. The secretaries were nice (ish) but overall barely any help. I filled in the form on the website and never got a reply, had to call THREE times to know the whereabouts of my paperwork and on top of it they thought the stamps we included for our paperwork to be mailed back were just a freebie. Made me wait outside the consulate for half an hour because I didn’t have an appointment (they never mentioned that I needed one), while the guards were laughing at me and my cane. Terrible service.

My long-term study (D) visa application submission went smoothly. No queue, no waiting interview was on time. Emergency appointment acquired upon request.

Une expérience absolument superbe au consulat français de Helsinki. J’ai été accueillie avec une grande gentillesse et beaucoup de bienveillance dès mon arrivée. Le personnel est à la fois très professionnel, attentif et rassurant, ce qui rend toutes les démarches simples et agréables. Un grand merci pour cet accueil exceptionnel et pour la qualité du service.

Mauvaise expérience lors d'un événement 14 juillet. De plus la cérémonie était éclatée N'y allez que pour vos papiers ou voter, le reste je déconseille. Les locaux sont bien présentés et propres.
