Amazing selection and as always, confusing layout that you lost looking for things

Good service. Would have got 5 stars but kept waiting at pick up point for a long time before the buzzer for entry was answered. Other than that, recommended.

Awful customer service today 26th August 2021... I purchased a 5mm allen key but later realised it was the wrong size so I returned to the store to change it for a 4mm key. They didn't have a 4mm key so I asked for a refund but I was told that I had to go outside the store to a separate department to obtain a refund. When I arrived I asked where to go and I was told by a lady on another desk that I had to wait in a long queue of at least 6 people. I am unable to stand in a queue for long periods because of an injury to my knee. I explained this to the lady and asked if she could process the refund for me but she refused. As the allen key only cost 2,20€ I decided to abandon it with her with the receipt because it wasn't worth the hastle for 2,20€. But disgusting "customer service".... You should be ashamed and you are an embarrassment to France. I am writing in English because it's a much more useful language and because you don't deserve the dignity to be addressed in your own language. I will never be shopping at Leroy Merlin again. Adieu.

This is an excellent place to buy furniture, tools or DIY items!... Is like a Home Depot but so much better 😃👍

Very good DIY shop has helpers around most corners sells bbq,bathrooms,kitchens,lighting, electrical ,plumbing not much they do not sell .. oh and have a cafe ..

Like a Home Depot in the United States. Employees are very helpful despite the language difference.
