I have been trying to call them for a week now as my boiler is not working yet my calls were never answered any time during the day !
L’entretien de ma chaudière a été réalisé par un technicien ponctuel, sérieux et consciencieux. De la prise de rendez-vous à l’intervention, tout a été parfait. Je suis ravie de mon expérience avec l’entreprise Ferrante. Merci mille fois à toute l’équipe !
