VANDENHELSKEN YANN

Hello, I live in Los Angeles and I do not speak French - but I love everything French! There is not much to add to the already excellent reviews but I will try. The lead designer for our renovation was Maxime and the owner Mathieu was also very involved. They both visited the job site many times to make sure all the measurements were exact and to interact with the various trades The service and end result could not be better. I am very hard to please and I mean very. Maxime and Mathieu went out of their way to please us and capture every possible detail. the apartment is part of a divided haussmannian mansion from the 1850s. besides a total renovation it was also a restoration but Maxime decided to depart from the rest of the space and do a very unusual clean 2001: A Space Odyssey kind of vibe in the kitchen as you can see it worked. we removed a wall from a narrow space to the left of the kitchen and made a more usable area. Maxime is very sharp and clever, he used the depth of an area on the left wall for a clothes washer/dryer, deep drawers and a huge appliance sliding cabinet. as you can tell, the finished kitchen is very much like the renders. when I said I did not want anything out on the surfaces and no electrical outlets they just stared at me. I said I wanted it to look like the render so they hid everything even though they probably thought I was insane. The even drilled holes in some of the rear panels so I could hide a microwave and various other appliances. they are expert with details. we love it. tons of thoughtful storage, SMEG appliances, high-end everything. its a pleasure to use the kitchen. oh and the surfaces and splash, Dekton. I will never use anything else. sorry for the awful pictures but you can see how well the kitchen goes with the mostly French furniture We never want to leave! I have not thought about what we have been through for a long time. what this company did was nothing short of masterful plus its so nic
