I have stayed more than 10 nights altogether over a few years. Great hotel, a gem actually. Great rooms, great food and very good service. Staff is always friendly. Decor is outstanding. Only drawback, and it’s a problem, their air conditioning system. In winter, if the outside temperature is warm (like we had this week) the rooms are too warm: although the system is set to air conditioning and even if you lower the desired temperature, the rooms stay at 25-26 degrees in heating mode. Too hot to sleep comfortably. Open the windows and you will be waken up by the occasional road noise. In summer the lowest temperature you can set is regulated by french environmental laws and it’s also a bit warm but slightly better. Will that make me reconsider my next stay? Maybe…

We were looking for a hotel in Castelnaudary while cycling along the Canal du Midi. Ibis Styles is comfortable, nicely decorated, and the rooms are cosy. The breakfast offers a good variety, and the restaurant is a great option for tapas-style dining at reasonable prices. We were pleasantly surprised by the overall quality of the hotel, especially for a chain traditionally considered budget-friendly. A big plus: it offers secure bike parking.||The only downside was that the jacuzzi wasn’t operational, even though the website states it opens in April. We would have loved to relax there after our ride!

The Rugby museum was amazing , very well put together...the lift was incredible (not telling you why)....if your a rugby fan you will understand.

Easy access from the A61. Fabulous facilities, very friendly and attentive staff. The food in the restaurant was absolutely delicious. This is was our first time here and it is now going to be our regular stop over. We love it, totally love it. It is rugby themed so any rugby funs will love it here 😀

Really great value for money. The hotel is very clean and extremely comfortable. The restaurant is excellent, with great dishes, and the staff are especially friendly.

Great place for an overnight stop on our way to Spain. This was our second stay but it was spoiled by the noise of constant music from the pool area that we heard in our room. By 00h20 I had reason to call reception. They immediately turned it off but then I was rudely wakened at 06h45. Same music was in the ladies restrooms. Not everyone wants music permanent playing. My other gripe is I booked half board but it’s not printed anywhere how much the value is on your evening meal or told by the waitress. This I only found out at check out when I was presented with a bill. |On the whole we like this hotel. The rooms are spotless and comfortable. Yes we will stay here again but ensure we have a bedroom away from the pool area!

Best Ibis u have ever stayed in. If you are a rugby supporter you will like it even more, so much memorabilia. Staff are great, polite and helpfull. Food is very good Rooms are clean and comfy Will be staying agian

The room was very clean and modern and the bed very comfortable - my wife said she wished we were staying another night! Breakfast range was limited but very good. Very fresh bread and pastries, and the machine making fresh orange juice was a nice touch. It would be good to have a hot breakfast option of bacon and eggs.
