We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The view is absolutely spectacular! The apartment is well-maintained, extremely clean, and equipped with every comfort you could need for a perfect stay. Having a private parking spot was also a huge plus. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back.

A very cute apartment. Very clean, well kept and fully equipped. The view over Monaco and the coast was well worth the stay. Easier to get around if you have a car especially as there is parking in the building.

Such an excellent stay recently in Roquebrune-Cap-Martin! The apartment overlooks the coast and believe me has the most spectacular views! The host provided excellent and detailed communication to assist us checking in and checking out. We had our own private parking space and there is an elevator that takes you right to the apartment. Inside the apartment you will find that it is very well kept and modern. There is a pull out sofa bed that is very comfortable and large. There is a bedroom immediately to the right when you enter and the bathroom and shower to the left upon entry. The master bedroom has a beautiful view of the ocean. The apartment is air conditioned and comfortable. We stayed here one night as we are making our way across Europe. I will definitely be back the next time. Thank you!

I booked this apartment at the last minute, and everything went through smoothly and instantly. Matthieu was incredibly responsive, sending all the necessary information and documents right away — from clear instructions on how to access the apartment to details about the private car park. The apartment itself was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Couldn’t have asked for an easier or better experience. Don’t hesitate to book — highly recommended!

I had a great stay. The property was as advertised and shown in the pictures. Getting the keys on arrival was a quick and easy process as I was supplied an easy follow guide 2days before I arrived without the need to chase the owner. The property was well located to all the main attractions in Monaco and was easy to reach on foot. I would recommend a stay here. The property was well maintained, clean and well priced.

My family and I stayed in one of their rentals in Beausoleil. The apartment itself was nice, clean, and spacious enough for a family of three. However, our experience after checkout was problematic. We left the apartment in good condition and did not cause any damage. About two weeks after our departure - just before the Airbnb review window closed - the host submitted a claim for over 600€, alleging permanent stains on furniture. The photos provided as evidence did not match the apartment we stayed in. We were able to demonstrate this clearly to Airbnb by providing our own photos and videos taken during the stay, and the claim was ultimately resolved in our favor. That said, the process involved considerable back-and-forth. For future guests: I strongly recommend thoroughly documenting the condition of the apartment at both check-in and check-out (photos and video), and keeping all communication within the Airbnb platform.

Beautiful, comfortable, very clean space with easy access anywhere you want to go. Bus line runs right next to the apartment, and a new grocery store opened up just 2 doors away, which was so convenient. Host was very helpful and attentive. Will definitely stay here again!
