Being in this village was like stepping back in time with the best of what that represents. La Maison de Beaumont is a beautifully renovated building situated at the very top of a charming village. It was an idyllic place for me to do a writing retreat. I went for walks around the town in and in nature and it was all so inspiring, and gave me a sense that I could completely step out of my ordinary life and leave my normal reference points behind and open myself to a whole new experience. The staff there reflects the best of what you would imagine in a small village, people who are there for you as a way of being and not for the transaction. La Maison de Beaumont is unusual that way because so much care has gone into making it so beautiful and for giving people a wonderful experience of being in a small village, it’s truly a place created out of inspiration. Next time I will come with my wife, to share this special experience. Thank you to everyone who contributed to my stay including some of the local people who were all incredibly kind.

Such a special and beautiful place! I had the privilege of living here for three weeks while writing my latest novel as part of the artist residency programme. It allowed for me to get away and to be quiet and to think and to take gorgeous walks every day. The place itself is also stunning and stylishly decorated throughout with an incredible terrace for relaxing in the afternoon and evening. Appreciated being able to cook for myself every evening with a well-stocked kitchen (including complimentary olive oil and vinegar – thank you!) and the bathroom was clean and big. Very well-connected to other towns including Aix, this is a fantastic base for exploring the Luberon and enjoying Provence whatever your reason for visiting.

This past August, we had the great pleasure to stay for a week at La Maison De Beaumont with our family of four. Every aspect of our stay was truly magical. The house is a 18th century villa, fully renovated with all the modern amenities that we needed as a family, while staying true to the 17th century roots of the house, which is situated in the very heart of Beaumont, an authentic cobblestone village that seems untouched by time and the modern world. We spent our days exploring the village, hiking in the surrounding picture perfect countryside and visiting the local towns and villages, which are all easily accessible from the house. If you have the good fortune of staying while the incredible owners -Niki and Navid - are around, be prepared to be invited to impromptu dinner parties, live concerts with local musicians stopping by and special insider tours of the village.

I was very lucky to spend a whole month in this wonderful place. A fairytale village permeated with incredible light. Good people, cozy room, peace and quiet. Every person living in a big city should have this experience. Calm your thoughts, feel the beauty of Provence and enjoy life.

We loved our time at La Maison de Beaumont, which has been renovated with great taste and is beautifully located beside the church in this picturesque village. The accommodation was fairly basic (no toaster or oven, for example) but clean and the bed was comfortable. Our favourite thing was the roof terrace which offered privacy and wonderful views! We didn't see our hosts but there were lots of instructions on how to find, enter and leave the property so nothing was left to chance. Overall, extremely good value for money and we would definitely return.

Beautifully renovated village house in a bucolic Provençal town. Every street looked to be straight out of a movie set. Rare combination of comfort and historical charm. La Maison de Beaumont is well worth a visit. The hosts could not have been more accommodating. Overall outstanding experience and will definitely return next year.

This house is amazing, it was excellent renovated, the design, the piano and the stars at night gave a royal experience. The hosts were very responsive. This place has a very good energy and the village is peaceful. I will recommend la Maison de Beaumont, it was super!

I spent 11 days in the horizon penthouse. It was one of the most relaxing and beautiful locations I’ve ever stayed in. The view overlooking the mountain is breathtaking while the village is peaceful yet vibrant with local foods and services. The building is very clean and the apartment was cozy. Recommend to anyone looking to get away for some quality reflection time.
