An absolute gem of place to stay with superb family style staff and feel. Beautiful decor and design, excellent spacious rooms with fantastic views, perfect pool and super relaxing spa. Also a wonderful wine tasting and cookery course recommended and available too. Thanks to All!

Wow this really was breathtaking if you love architecture, art, a spa to relax with good wine then this is your place!||The attention to detail is precise and the rooms exquisite. Martine and Stephanie were welcoming and informative advising us on all things local with excellent English booking good local restaurants and delivering a truly lovely breakfast and the honestly bar kept us supplied with their own delicious wine, we did only have the rose and red is their specialty.||We had a front room with lovely floor to ceiling windows with shutters so the light flooded in and a small study area. Separate bathroom and toilet. The shower was so nice I could’ve stayed in it for hours lovely soft white towels and crisp white bed linen as I said before attention to detail !||Outside the gardens just flow and we had our own space to relax and sunbathe next to the stunning infinity pool and jacuzzi oh and did I mention the indoor spa? Gorgeous and all so quiet we literally had the place to ourselves.||So we chilled, relaxed and loved this place just want to come back very soon!

This is a high end bed and breakfast in a lovely old village. The chateau has been beautifully done up with stylish rooms and grounds. The room we stayed in was modern and comfortable with a great shower and views over the gardens. There is an infinity swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers and terraces. The breakfast was delicious with fruits, fromage blanc, various nuts and seeds followed by homemade breads and jams.|The owners are very friendly and welcoming. The chateau is also a winery with a cellar and wine tasting room, so we got to taste and buy their wines. Highly recommended.

If it is a tranquil, peaceful, luxurious little getaway you are after, look no further than Chateau Autignac. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the lovely, helpful Stephanie, until we left three days later, we received the very best care and attention. The room was beautiful, the bathroom probably the best we have ever had, the grounds with swimming pool really lovely and secluded. We were fortunate enough to meet Boris who takes care of the Chateau's vineyards and wine production. His mother did a wine tasting for us - they have some lovely, distinctive wines. We will definitely be returning!

Fantastic location, friendly staff at this family owned B&B. One cannot really ask for more. Just arriving there and feeling the wonderful rooms and surroundings is just magical. The pool and relax areas are extremely nice and well maintained. The design of the chateau, rooms and public areas are straight out of a design magazine. The breakfast was very nice and we also did the wine tasting the day we arrived. Autignac itself is the definition of cozy French countryside. Thank for making our day with you a memorable one. We would have wanted to stay much longer.

Our visit to Chateau Autignac was a happy accident; having booked a room at another establishment that proved unsatisfactory, we found Chateau Autignac, and much to our relief and delight, there was an available room. Martine, the owner, is casually elegant and her taste is reflected throughout the Chateau. The rooms are lovely, the breakfast terrific, and the enormous garden with a great pool is nothing short of delightful. The old Chateau has been recently remodeled; from landscape to interior design, it maintains a feeling of relaxation-- casual and easy-going. ||||The village of Autignac sits in the heart of the Herault region, surrounded by vineyards and a thousand sites of historical interest within an easy drive. If you need help deciding on a day's itinerary, Martine will suggest something fun within your specific distance limitations. She is knowledgeable about history, culture, food and wine. Her restaurant recommendations were perfect for our taste. Martine's husband Denis and her son own and operate a winery, producing lovely wines which you can taste in their beautiful tasting room. I suggest that you do. ||||This hotel was superb in every way, from design to service and amenities.

The property is beautifully developed, with the garden and swimming pool area privately at the back, and the interior; rooms, dining room and lounge, are stylishly designed with a very exclusive feel. The service from Martine and Stephanie was fantastic and we felt very much welcome and at home, the wine tasting with Stephanie being a particular highlight. The food and wine – from their own domain – was excellent! We loved our stay at Chateau Autignac and did not want to travel on. We stayed for three nights in Le Pech, and would love to return!

En route from Montpelier to Limoux, my wife and I spent the night at this newly renovated chateau. No attention to detail has been spared in this wonderful renovation. Our second floor, elevator-serviced room overlooking the pool and adjacent countryside was superbly equipped and furnished. The breakfast in the conservatory was first class with local fruits and preservatives highlighting the fare. Fresh orange juice was also served. In this day and age, we view freshly squeezed juice as a mark of excellence. Service was friendly and first class. Following breakfast, my wife had a wine tasting session hosted by Stephanie who is a fully qualified sommelier and who is extremely knowledgable of the Chateau wines and other wines of the region. Whilst the chateau does not do lunches or evening meals, we had a great supper at a bistro in the nearby town of Malagas.
