5th time staying here and every time has been spot on. Lovely comfortable and refreshing break on a long journey. Will use again.

We have been using B&B hotels for around 17 years as we live in France, and this is probably the best experience we have ever had. From the warm initial welcome, through the daily interactions and right to the goodbye, all the staff happy, smiling, nothing too much trouble. A perfect base to explore what was a new area to us - we can imagine it would be just the same in skiing season ( our stay was August ). Nothing to fault at all and the bonus of an EV charger on the car park !

A great hotel and conveniently positioned for travel from UK to Spain and return. Check in online so easy and room was spacious and clean. WiFi had only 1 bar but worked ok.

It was a good value. We checked in late, after 9, and you check in with an automated kiosk. I was impressed with that. It prints out a passcode for keyless entry into your room. We had room 117. Blinds would not shut, so it didn't feel real safe or private. Thin mattress. Small bathroom. We had two nights booked, but quickly cancelled second night online and went to Bordeaux the next day.

Parking was good near the main road. The reception welcome was very good. The room and toilet were perfect after a long day driving from the Costa Blanca. Plenty of nearby places to eat in the evening. Extremely good value for money. We could find no fault.

you have no control over aircon! and they turned it off well before my checkout! thats the worst service i’ve seen from b&b chain as other places did perfect, this one is tight :( avoid

This hotel provides a perfect stopover. It is clean and easy to find. We have stayed in several b&b hotels. Cannot fault them really

Good hotel to stay overnight before or after crossing the mountains. Beds and pillows were comfortable but that’s about it. For what you get, breakfast is really expensive in my opinion. Lights in the room were dull, room was quite dark with all the lights on. Room was quite smelly so we had to leave windows open all night. Shower was leaking badly, so the floor got wet everywhere in the bathroom. Lastly, the isolation was extremely poor, we could hear neighbours and toilets flushing from other apartments, good that other guests were not so loud.
