One of our favorite restaurants in Provence, and the best in Flayosc and the nearby area. Consistently excellent with creative dishes and presentation.

This was one of the most extraordinary locations we ever visited in France, from the moment we arrived until we left the place we were taken on a trip through an extensive and passionate journey about food and wine. How Emilie can choose wines according to the chosen plates and how chef Davy can season everything is astonishing.

The restaurant was recommended by the owners of b&b Sel Bue. Very lovely, nice, beautiful and small restaurant. Nice welcome, very good service, explanation of the wood and wine. We took the menu gourmande which was excellent. The dishes were very nicely presented on the boards. The first courses were good to very good, from mid of the menu the dishes became excellent. The accompanying wines were good with matching taste. The volume of the wine could have been a bit more. In Belgium we would call this a Bob arrangement. The young owners have certainly the capabilities to bring this restaurant from very good to excellent and being worth to being on the watchlist of Michelin. There is eye for details and quality. You know how you can just stumble on a restaurant and be so surprised it takes your breathe away. Well that's what Le Nid did for us. The delightful couple who run it are true professionals, serving us beyond our expectations. The food was more than delicious. The amuse bouche, the freshly baked rolls, the extensive wine list all with a huge amount of attention to detail. I had the courgette starter, followed by pork, goat's cheese and as dessert the apricots! To say each mouthful was a surprise and delight would be just that. My tastebuds exploded with every bite. The service was excellent yet subtle, just right for a wonderful evening out with my husband. It is only a small restaurant so book ahead to be sure that you have a table at this divine restaurant.
