The Auchan Hypermarché Avignon Nord Le Pontet For me it’s a great store even though we only had 30 minutes to do our shopping has it closes at 12:30 on a Sunday . We did grab 10 items of clothing which were a bargain . The store was very clean the staff were great towards me as a tourist my French is very limited which can make things difficult, but a big thumbs up to the staff . I can’t comment on the rest of the store as only visited the clothing department . We shall be back in a few days to go right through the place .Overall a great visit be it a short visit .

Terrible experience at the entrance of this store. While getting in to the store I was stopped by a security guard who asked to look inside of my bag and lock my bag, once I asked why I was told that it was due to high terrorist activity. This is completely acceptable, however, what it is not acceptable is the fact I was the only person who was stopped, other white people with bags were not stopped. Their answer was that they were women and therefore in their logic, women do not steal and are not terrorists. This was 100% racially motivated regardless of what these people say. I asked for a complaint book and it was not given to me. I asked to speak with the manager and I was told today it was a very special day for the store and the manager was not available. I will be pursuing this further, this type of discrimination is not acceptable.

Great assortment, very well stocked shop. And very kind staff, always smiley and welcoming.

I saw the place absolutely stinks like fish. Secondly the security guard here is absolutely absurd. There was a gate that was open so my mom and I walked through the gate and got a basket and he chased us down and forced us to leave the store. Take everything out of our basket to re-enter in another place. Can you imagine? They actually hate you here. They hate customers. They clearly hate their lives and their jobs and they find a petty little reason to act like a dictator what a sad existence.

A pretty good supermarket for what it's worth, but it's really large sized and you have to walk a long distance to get what you want.

Please 🙏🙏🙏🙏 don't buy anything kids of electric for this Auch. We brought two trotinette and after 2or3 days both two trotinette are not working well. When I contact Auch they said call other number but, the number is not answer and it's not working . What a stupid they are really scam 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

They have what you need. I have a hard time to the stuff I'm looking for in this store. They have also been renovating 2 years in a row when I have been visiting, moving stuff around.

I run a business and go here 6 days a week. I spent on average 150 Euros daily. Yet, your great loyalty program picks me out almost every day to rescan all of my products! Im not a thief! It costs me a lot of time and frustration at the checkout. Im done, I will bring my business elsewhere.
