Found this little gem just north of Angers. Ample Parking with trees. Great long gravel/sandy beach. The water was a little murky. Set swim areas with clear depth markings and life guards in attendance from 2. Took the paddle board round the lake. Quite a generous amount of trees along the back of the beach too for those seeking shade. Had our picnic under the trees and wasn't visited by yellow stripy wildlife at all. We went on a hot day in August and the water temperature was great. My youngest spent ages with the snorkel looking for fish. And a big climbing pyramid too. Definitely would go again to cool off on a hot day.
Public place for swimming, tanning, also reserved Space for camping and barbecue
It a beautiful place where you can take your family it a very relaxing place if you like you can take a walk in the Woods, or you can swim in Lake and lie down on the sand take some heat from the Sun.
