As a foreigner, built a new house in Gordes, they did all the plumbing work right from the very beginning. I would not work with them again. Suggest extreme caution. The real difficulty with them was after the house was built and how they communicate, how they address issues. We started noticing little things that were not functioning as they should, then bigger things, and even today, almost three years after the house was built, they have not sorted out everything they should. The real pain was communication, with a certain Rod Petrovic at first. Reminders, reminders, reminders, and again and again, up to the boiling point. Waiting and waiting. Then he left, had to explain things to be rectified to the person who took over, a certain Christophe Rodriguez, same issues, same approach. In the autumn 2024 paid their invoice for certain maintenance work of equipment that they put in place, still has not been done, and no longer answering to my messages and e-mail. This sort of behaviour has great potential for spoiling appetite to live in Gordes, and sadly I have experience it a lot in the area of Gordes. As a newcomer to Gordes years ago, I trusted too much the team of our architect. Sadly, little choice at the time. After years of experience in Gordes, I know what is what, instead of trusting the team of our architect I would now put in a lot more reservations in the documents that I sign when the house is delivered. For example, if I do not see how the house and its gutters are behaving in rainy weather, I would wait for rain and then see. Otherwise, the potential joy of running after them with issues for years. It is not that much the quality of their general work, but rather what happens after they deliver the house, dealing with defects, attitude, communication issues. I have wasted a lot of time with them waiting patiently, enough, they deserve litigation.

Tout s'est déroulé comme nous le souhaitions, depuis l'acceptation du devis jusqu'à la fin du chantier (pose d'une climatisation réversible dans la maison principale et dans l'annexe) Une équipe organisée et très professionnelle qui ne se perd pas en discours, qui entend nos demandes et travaille correctement. Je recommande.

j'ai fait installer un chauffage clim réversible par cette entreprise. ils n'ont jamais répondu à mes appels après fin de chantier.J'ai dû faire intervenir une autre société pour refaire une partie de l'installation. Evitez à tout prix! ils sont nullissimes, tout a été fait n'importe comment.
