Staying at this apartment in the old town of Grasse was an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the charm of the place and its breathtaking view over the bay of Cannes—it’s the kind of panorama you never quite get used to, no matter how long you stay. The location is perfect nestled in a quiet part of the historic center of Grasse, it offers both tranquility and easy access to the beauty and character of the old town. You can enjoy peaceful moments away from the crowds while still being right in the heart of everything. The apartment itself is beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully curated. It’s clear that the owners are true perfectionists, with a genuine love for decoration and atmosphere. Every corner feels intentional, warm, and elegant without ever being overdone. The blend of authenticity and comfort makes it feel both luxurious and incredibly cozy at the same time. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, were the hosts. They are incredibly charming, attentive, and welcoming, always making sure everything is just right without ever being intrusive. Their passion for what they do really shines through, and it adds a personal touch that’s rare to find. We can’t wait to come back to sleep in Grasse.. the scent of happiness.

What a lovely flat! It’s been furnished and decorated with great care! It has everything you need for a few days in Grasse. Everything is spotlessly clean and in perfect condition. Karine is a perfect host – helpful and with an eye for detail. I highly recommend it!

Wonderful!! I stayed with ‘Sleep in Grasse’ for about four months during my studies and it was perfect. The apartment ‘Côté Provence’ is beautifully decorated, very clean, has everything you need and I immediately felt comfortable and safe. It is very well located in Grasse, close to amenities, perfumery schools and the city centre. Grasse is a a great place to stay, especially if you are interested in perfumes and has everything you need (supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants and cafes). It was truly the best place for me to study and learn about the world of fragrances! Karine and Lionel are the loveliest hosts, they were very welcoming, friendly, helpful and made sure I was comfortable. They were also always happy to give tips about the city, restaurants or other places to go/things to do! If I am coming back at some point, I would definitely stay with them again! Thank you so much for your hospitality!!

Sleep in Grasse is a wonderful apartment and an ideal base for exploring the Côte d’Azur. We stayed for the month of January and couldn’t have been happier. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped, and beautifully laid out, perfect for both short holidays and longer stays. The bed is very comfortable, and the overall feel is elegant and relaxing. Located in Grasse, it offers easy access to popular French Riviera destinations while remaining calm and authentic. Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby hiking trails, especially the Grand Duc sentier, with breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and the Esterel mountains. Visiting during mimosa season was a real highlight. The apartment is also conveniently located near Nice Airport, making travel easy. The hosts are welcoming and attentive. We highly recommend Sleep in Grasse and would happily return.

Excellent!!! If I could give more than 5 stars, I would ☺️ I was staying with Sleep in Grasse for a two week perfumery course and was so happy that I found it! Karine and Lionel are exceptional hosts and their apartment Fragonard is beautiful, tastefully decorated, immaculately clean and smells amazing! I have dust allergies and I was so happy that the apartment was spotless. The hosts were so welcoming and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable and safe, even helped to take me back to Nice airport to pick my luggage which didn’t arrive with my original flight. I will be going back to continue my perfumery education and will definitely be staying in the same apartment!

Karine and Lionel are incredibly kind and welcoming hosts. The experience was wonderful from start to finish. They know the region extremely well and shared so many great tips and local suggestions that really made our stay special. We truly enjoyed every moment and would absolutely recommend this place.

Karine and Lionel are great hosts who care about the experience they provide. The space is well designed and spotless! Their place had everything, a well-stocked and designed kitchen, a washer, and a very comfortable bed. Additionally, they are knowledgeable about the town of Grasse with many contacts and recommendations, which they were happy to share. They also speak pretty good English which was helpful. I would definitely come back to stay here and recommend it to anyone going to visit Grasse!

Perfect stay near Cannes! We stayed at Karine’s lovely home in La Rouquette-sur-Siagne from July 18th to 22nd, 2025, and absolutely loved it. Karine was a wonderful host, very friendly, welcoming, and quick to respond to any message. The house is cosy, clean, and located in a quiet, secure residence with a private garage for your car. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of local guides and brochures about things to do around the French Riviera. There are supermarkets and cafés nearby where you can enjoy breakfast or a drink, and the beach in Cannes is only about 20 minutes away by car. The air conditioning in the living room is very strong ☺️ we even felt cold at night, so no worries that there isn’t one in the bedroom. It was calm and peaceful at night, and overall a perfect stay. We booked through Airbnb and would definitely stay here again next time!
