First time: Not authentic Chinese food at all🥺 The steamed bun-Xiaolongbao: the flour tastes weird and not well cooked. Soup: did the chef forget to put salt in? Fried chicken: acceptable, better than other dishes. Portion: very small size, that’s not the Chinese way🤣 Second time: acceptable, some dishes is good 😊

We had a good time here. The staff was welcoming, service was food, food was quick and tasty. Albeit it’s not authentic (then again, where is such a restaurant outside of its country of origin is authentic?….it requires local produce, and environment and more to be authentic). Prices are appropriate given the location and economic position (supply vs demand).
The hostess is amazing, the service incredibly friendly and the food is absolutely tasty! The best place I’ve been in the blue fountain 😁
