It's increíble how they don't care anything about with people, especially the security they don't explain anything, they let me go inside but there's no one to explain you what's going on and where do you have to go even for ask information, they just tell you "everything is on internet" If you ever have to come to this terrible place, make sure you have an appointment because they won't even explain you how is it.

What an awful place. They mail me requiring me to call them to book an appointment, but they don't pick up or reply to their emails. Then when we finally set up a time after them cancelling and me making the trip 3x, they tell me they've made a mistake and that I don't actually need an appointment. This is after multiple trips, having gotten a bunch of documents, and payed 60 euros fro their timbre. I don't get an apology and am sent my way. I email them to get a refund, I fill out a form and don't hear back. I email them about a dozen times to get a refund and one reply in beginning of December - "sorry, can't give you a refund bc our comptes are closed until February" Great, this makes me wonder how France gets anything done. Then I email them another dozen times in February and still, nothing...it's now May. I would never recommend this to anyone. The building: very old and smelly. Signs are broken, paint is peeling and everything with a layer of grease or dust. I thought I walked into a slaughterhouse, how fitting of a metaphor.

Hell on earth. So disorganised, 4 hour queue because of a very bad system and staff very unfriendly. One person told me he didn’t work there in order to not have to answer my questions. He was in very obvious uniform.

They never answer phone calls ,never. Always very impolite an rude.

Kindness doctors and stuff,they work very quickly and warming,merci.

Pas de réponse aux mails, pas de réponse au téléphone et la personne de la sécurité à l'entrée (qui soit dit en passant est exécrable et antipathique au possible) ne laisse entrer que sur rendez-vous... cherchez l'erreur...
