I was on a two week car tour through Spain, France & Italy. This hotel is hard to find. You have to go up a winding mountain road with French drivers in cars & scooters on your bumper. As you zoom up the mountain road you will see a two story reddish/pink building on the right that has Auberge de la Baronne on it. Do NOT try to find this place at night. This is a 10 room Inn with bar/mini supermarket & restaurant (only open for lunch)... how do restaurants make any money being only open for lunch? Frederico the owner or manager is very nice. The rooms have NO A/C. Really even smaller Inns in Europe have the wall unit A/C's and if you try to open the window you hear all the traffic zooming by on the mountain road. I would not recommend until they get A/C in each room. You can find comparably priced hotel rooms with A/C in Nice.

Très bon restaurant avec un très bon service !

Bonjour, concernant la restauration : mercredi le service très très bien( AAA.). Jeudi : sur le principe qu’une grande table arrive : et bien 40 minutes entre l’entrée et le plat et je reste correct.. La personne effectuant le service s’est excusée humblement .mais si trop de monde à votre service du midi , je vous assure que des restaurant sur la gaude sont ouvert …. Bien à vous

Toujours un excellent accueil ainsi qu' une formule plat dessert très intéressante avec des plats variés et excellents et des desserts succulents. Nous y retournons chaque fois avec plaisir en semaine. Parking très facile d'accès face au restaurant.

Nous avons passés un excellent moment 🤩 très bon accueil service parfait et l’équipe adorable 🥰
