My family recently stayed in an apartment in Nice. Prom'Holiday Services & Conciergerie arranged everything for our stay, from picking up the keys, directions to their offices and directions to the apartment. The communication was clear and easy to follow. Upon arriving at the apartment it had been cleaned to a high standard and re-stocked prior to our arrival. Would highly recommend their services.

Myself and my family had a wonderful holiday in Nice. Checkin and check out was very simple. Sarah Jane from Prom Holidays was responsive and communicative and made us feel welcome and relaxed. Communicating in English really helped when it came to following the instructions and directions provided. Sarah Jane also provided information on tram links and baggage storage which was most helpful. I couldn’t recommend Prom Holidays and Sarah Jane enough. Thanks Ger

I am blown away by the way that Prom Holidays helped me. Especially Sara Jane. She was more than accommodating. I stayed in an apartment in Nice as a solo female traveler. Sara Jane recommended a very safe and helpful taxi service where I felt welcomed and comfortable. Sara Jane is more than reasonable with her communication, she calls back instantly and has no problem making sure I had Everything I needed. I ended up changing my travel itinerary (staying longer in Nice) and again, Sara Jane was more than helpful. Will 100% recommend to friends, family, and will be returning!

Our stay in Nice could not have been better. The location on Port is the ideal location, and is in walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and of course the beach. Our host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs even offering recommendations for restaurants/attractions in the area. Our morning coffee on the balcony overlooking the Port will forever be memorable. Have no reservations about prom holiday, your vacation will be perfect.

Our VRBO rental in Nice utilized Prom’Holiday for their cleaning and Meet and Greet services. The process to register our trip was very easy and communication started immediately with Sara Jane. We requested an early check-in if possible as I was on a red-eye flight from USA. She indicated she would do her best but their bookings were very high. She contacted me the day prior and indicated they were going to be able to meet my request! She met us at our flat, which was just cleaned (floors were still drying) and was so friendly and welcoming. After providing a brief tour, she handed us the keys and was off. We asked for restaurant and shopping recommendations and she emailed them the next day. She was a pleasure to work with and the flat was incredibly clean!

We stayed for a week at an apartment in Nice that is managed by Prom’ Holidays. Sara Jane at Prom’ was very helpful and timely in her communication. Upon arrival, she met us at the Metro station to take us to the apartment and gave us an overview. She promptly answered any queries that we had during our stay. Her suggestions of local restaurants were very good too! Thank you Sara Jane and Prom’ Holidays.

We loved the location of our stay. It was central to the train, tram, shopping, restaurants and of course the beach. The place was clean and had everything we needed. What was over the top was working with Prom Holiday. I was nervous booking a place in a different country but the communication was excellent. I was very nervous because we were coming in late at night. Prom Holiday helped us make transportation arrangements from the airport that made us feel safe. We will definitely book with them on our next trip to Nice.

I hired Prom Holiday to manage my vacation rental in Nice for 3 years, from 2019-2021. My apartment is a 2 bedroom, 45m2. apartment in the heart of Vieux Nice. - not 30m2 as Prom Holiday are claiming! During the pandemic, they continued to charge the "Meet & Greet" fee although they had the guests schlepp with all their luggage to their office to retrieve the keys. I continued to pay this fee out of solidarity. Every time I asked Sara Jane for anything, her standard response was: "no one else has mentioned this". For example: I requested that they add their letterhead to the summary page so that I would not have to print out 25 pages to send to the Swiss tax authority. And there it came: No one else has asked for this. How much trouble would this have been, really? Twice, when I returned after several weeks, I found a large sack of their dirty laundry in the small foyer that I share with my neighbor. (Surely, he did not appreciate this!). It had been sitting there for weeks.This afforded me the opportunity to see the quality of the linens they were giving my guests- I was shocked at the shabby, rough towels they used, hardly of professional quality. rather the bottom of their laundry basket from home, with no sense of color coordination. I wrote to Sara Jane to point this out and receive no response. NADA. Until, several months later, when her husband wrote an effusively overly-polite message dropping my apartment from their inventory. They could have simply purchased some good quality towels instead of launching into frankly tacky, untrue commentary. (As if I come in the winter and bring roaches with me!) The apartment is very popular and consistently rented out. I had absolutely no trouble "moving on" from this company.
