Bathroom door has no lock. No cool air only heat late April. Shower drain plugged backed up. Lady at desk polite and nice. Basic budget hotel that works if you’re trying to save money.

We have had short stay as we was tired of driving and reached very late check in was ok but needed to get access code which was given right after calling them so no problem there.They had plenty of space for car park and electric charging stations which was really handy so overall good experience.

We arrived at the desk and we were asked how we would like to pay. I said we had already paid 6 months ago via hotels.com|The receptionist wasn’t having any of it. Kept telling me that I had just reserved a room and not paid for it. I showed her the receipt showing payment and she still was insisting I pay there. I even showed my bank account with the money leaving my account! |She was on the phone for about 20 minutes to a colleague and finally said “ok, here are your keys” - no apology. ||Since reading reviews I feel they try to make people pay twice. ||We had a family room with two single beds above the bathroom and a double. The room was A LOT smaller than the pictures make out, couldn’t even walk around the bed. The bed is solid, so if you don’t like a firm bed then this isn’t the hotel for you! ||Breakfast was pleasant, typical French with fresh bread and pastries. ||Wouldn’t stay again.

Great location. Loads of services nearby and new slow and rapid chargers in the back. Perfect. Family rooms really practical if a bit small.

Fantastic value for money. Clean comfortable room and bed Good breakfast buffet Plenty of free parking. Handy for Paris Beauvais airport, only 10 minutes away.

The room was good, it was basic but for the price we paid it was good. The shower was amazing, beds comfortable. Perfect for a base for travelling.

We arrived late at night at the hotel. We couldn’t retrieve our booking. One of the staff on call, Noussirah arrived a few minutes after and was extremely helpful and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for a better service. Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.

Original review August 2018: Great value hotel chain especially for families. The room had pretty much everything you need for an overnight stay. It was "compact and bijou" but you can't expect the Ritz. It's great that you can check-in using a machine, something I haven't seen at budget chains in the UK. The hotel was extremely clean. The only faults were that the door at the top of the stairs in the room didn't work which presented a hazard for our young children. But our children liked being able to have a separate area and being able to go upstairs! A real novelty for them. The breakfast, at €6 could've been a bit better, the eggs and bacon looked awful. The scrambled eggs didn't even look like real eggs! But we shall definitely look at this chain again and I've already recommended it to friends and family having shown them pictures of it. Well done B&B Hotels! ++ 2025 UPDATE ++ Stayed here again with my family. Great little hotel. Super-friendly and helpful staff. Family rooms are brilliant, with the mezz area. Genius.
