HELP ENERGIE SARL

I had a great experience with Hellio. I had lots of technical questions before making the order, and they were answered swiftly and clearly. The materials provided were first-class (Atmos and Dualsun). After the order was made, the installation happened in a matter of just a few weeks and the technicians were top class. I have no hesitation recommending Hellio. After 7 days (albeit with June sunshine), I'm close to complete automomy with the 8Kw system and the 14kwh battery.

Although, being British, I speak reasonable French ,the accent of the Spanish operator was almost impossible to understand. His unqualified assistant was easier to understand. The floor part was well insulated but I had thought that the upright parts would have been done as well. They were not. Therefore I am unable to notice any difference in the warmth of the house .
