Dr Letertre is amazing! I did my breast augmentation in December and I am so happy with the results. I have no visible scars and I love how they look. Went for a hair transplant 9 months ago. I read the reviews and I asked around about the doctor, people told me that they heard about him but no direct experience. I trusted google reviews. I went there for a first appointment, everything went ok, I assumed that he said those words thousands times so I thought that his lack of empathy was due to that. However, he didn’t even have a look at my hair. I decided at the end to do the surgery with him. 3900 Euro (fixed packet). I chose him because I preferred to have the surgery in the country where I live instead of going in Turkey… but the Turkey came to me! Indeed the morning of the surgery I find out that the surgery wasn’t executed by the Dr. Letertre but his team, a guy and a woman directly from Turkey who were not speaking French and just a bit of English! Furthermore the device to perform the surgery was a small device similar to a toy, a bit torn and dirty (you can look for hair transplant kit on ali express to get an idea of what I found). When I saw all this I immediately felt uncomfortable, I stopped everything and I said that I wanted to speak to the doctor. He wasn’t there, meanwhile they told me that he went to have lunch! After around 20 minutes or more he arrived and told me that those people were the people who did his hair transplant. Said so, even if I couldn’t really communicate with them and also because I already paid, I decided to stay. I stayed on the bed from 2pm to 5:30/6pm. It was quite quick but they finished the bulbs. I couldn’t count how many of them were transplanted… I went back home with the instructions from the doctor. After one week I had some infection on the donor area, I contacted him and he was very responsive, he suggested me to put some biseptine. I had to deal with this problem for a couple of weeks. Of course I started to put Minoxidil 5% twice a day and I waited… And I returned almost to the starting point! I spoke with the doctor and he said: - At the beginning I told

Le Dr sait être à l'écoute et il est d'une grande patience pour des clientes parfois très exigeantes comme moi ( il répond à toutes vos questions et c'est un médecin très très dispo quand vous avez une question qui vous chargine ! Le Dr Letertre est un médecin extrêmement professionnel, humain et attentif. Dès le premier rendez-vous, je me suis sentie écoutée, rassurée et accompagnée avec beaucoup de bienveillance. Je recommande vivement le Dr Letertre. Il m'a opérée en mars pour un lifting mammaire avec changement de prothèses et je suis très satisfaite du résultat. La prise en charge a été rapide, il a toujours été à l’écoute, disponible et rassurant.
