The rooms in the hotel were slightly disappointing, however, the beds were quite comfortable allowing us to get a good nights rest. Unfortunately some of the staff were quite rude and they seemed very agitated when we were speaking to them. Overall, I would only rate this experience a 4/10 as there is a lot of room for improvements and some changes should be made quickly along with cleanliness of the rooms.

It’s a bit off the beaten path for the tourist attractions but a great value. Very convenient to metro station and bus stops which are right out side of the hotel but I was disappointed that the metro had closed down the day I arrived for a month for updates and repairs and there was a replacement bus for the metro. Rooms are cozy but clean. Bring your own shampoo and soap as the soap supplied is not great. There is a hairdryer. I arrived early and they allowed me to store my luggage until I could check in. I had a later flight and was also able to store my luggage after I checked out while I enjoyed the sites for the day. I would stay again.

Service was abysmal, most of the staff were rude and ignorant to our various special dietary requirements, and one member of staff insisted that this one item of food was safe for someone with a nut allergy despite the label clearly stating that “It may contain nuts”!!! The staff also tried stopping us from filling our water bottles up with the supplied bottled water that was on the breakfast table and told us to use the machine in reception to do this. The machine downstairs required money for small bottles of water and other soft drinks. On a more positive note, the bag meals were satisfactory as well as breakfast.

Very disappointing stay. The room had no water supply from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, so we had to manage all personal needs ourselves. There was no hot water at all, the water was completely cold, almost freezing. On top of that, the hotel was undergoing construction/renovation, with constant drilling and hammering throughout the day. It was extremely noisy, and I couldn’t rest at all. Coming to a hotel and not being able to shower properly or even relax was extremely frustrating and disappointing. I would not recommend this place based on my experience.

I often stay at this hotel whenever I come to Paris for business trips, and today I’m here again. Every time I visit, I really appreciate the warm welcome and the comfortable atmosphere—it almost feels like coming home. Among the staff, Meriem especially stands out. She’s always friendly, greets me with a smile, and helps me check in quickly and smoothly. Thanks to her kindness and attention, my stays are always hassle-free, and I get to enjoy Paris even during a busy schedule. That’s why this hotel has become more than just a place to stay for me—it’s a spot I truly look forward to coming back to whenever I’m in the city. Thank you, Meriem!

I have travelled to Paris so many times and stayed in many hotels all around the city. This hotel is the worst by far. Dirty, noisy, failing facilities, broken plumbing, stained floor, sticky surfaces, unfriendly staff, bluffing, ...etc. The lied and publish pictures on Agoda, Booking, ...etc that have nothing to do with the actual rooms. Do not stay here ever !

Avoid this hotel at all cost. Hotel is in renovation but still accept booking, no water, can’t use toilet, no shower. Even when the water is back, the water is freezing. I had to buy water from the supermarket to wash my face and go to McDonalds to buy food to use toilet. Noise from drills and hammers all the day. Awful service, I had to run away and find another hotel.

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Campanile. The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming, and the service from the waiters was also excellent – always helpful and polite. The breakfast was definitely a highlight: very extensive with a wide variety of choices, and everything was fresh and tasty. The room itself was a bit disappointing. It felt quite dated, with noticeable stains on the carpet and a bathroom door that showed clear signs of water damage. The bathroom faucet was also a bit odd and didn’t function smoothly. That said, the beds were surprisingly comfortable and spacious, which made for a good night’s sleep. Overall, great service and breakfast, but the rooms could really use some renovation.
