British tourist. Came here on Wednesday on the usual “day off” for chalet hosts. Restaurant recommended by our chalet hosts. We were surprised how quiet it was but we were going end of the season. Really nice restaurant and attentive waiter. Food was really nice and offered something different to the usual restaurant food you get in ski resorts. The waiter recommended a local wine. When we tried it, it isn’t to our taste and they changed it without any hassle or issue. Would certainly recommend a visit if you’re staying in La Tania

Service was friendly and excellent and the dishes were superb, from the filet with a spectacular pepper sauce to the chicken and the desserts were very good including the ile flottante.

Absolutely the best restaurant in La Tania. I loved Bistro Machet. I ate here twice a day, because the food is that good. The dishes are creatively prepared, full of flavor, and served by an amazing team of wonderful servers. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. Everything about my experience here was perfect! I highly recommend Bistro Machet if you love good food as much as I do!

All dishes were perfectly cooked. Attentive, polite and friendly staff. Spacious, smartly decorated dining room. Some standard menu items and some more unusual, but all delicious. 2 booking times, 19:15 and 20:15.

A taste sensation! All our dishes (group of 5 adults) were delicious. Between us we had a mix of chicken, steak and pork - all cooked to perfection. Shared some mille feuille deserts too. Our waiter was very attentive and friendly. We hadn't booked, but I would recommend you do.

Very sadly disappointed. We came here after a hard day’s skiing and paid €60 for two people, but were served essentially just bread and cheese. Other fondues we’ve had in the valleys at this price point came with meats, potatoes, or/and gherkins. The bread wasn’t great either. It was a lot for not much, especially given in came within minutes of ordering. Also One friend ordered trout and bacon — not only an odd combination, but it was cold in the middle. Another friend’s meal had to be sent back because the order was wrong. Despite all of this, no effort was made to apologize, resolve or offer any form of compensation.

Went for Christmas dinner. Wasn’t too sure what to expect and it turned out to be one of the best nights in courchevelle. Dinner was delicious, and servers were very kind and accommodating with us.

Incredible food, but they desperately need more servers. They're good, but they're so busy even on a relatively slow night, it's hard to get and keep their attention.
