SCI DU CARMEL

What a wonderful long weekend we've just enjoyed at this beautiful former monastery! It's incredible. 3 separate apartments that we shared between 7 friends which ended up being the focal point of our visit! Olivia was absolutely lovely and was so kind to us all on arrival. Nothing was too much trouble! She let us check in early and depart late too. Absolutely perfect! The town is v pretty and location of Gite Du Carmel is absolutely perfect. Don't read any more reviews, just get it booked!

Beautiful oasis in a lovely town with lots of nice things to see (Friday market, church, lovely snaking streets etc). Olivia was a dream host, so accommodating and helpful, kindly helped with our parking situ, and check in time, and her lovely mum, Brigitte, helped on check out! The gite is made up of more than you can see. A little self contained double room downstairs off the garden with its own front door, a bigger apartment also off the garden with kitchen and also self contained and then a huge apartment (self contained) and with kitchen and white goods/uiloties. Not to mention the beautiful grand ornate radiators I wanted to take home with me! Each room has a fan and comfortable beds/bedding/towels plus even a beach towel. The garden is so peaceful and with lovely wafting palms and grapes growing. We had a fabulous time as a group who were at a nearby wedding a couple of days later. Awesome place! The owners were very kind and accommodating and the accommodation itself is lovely and spacious with plenty of plant life in the garden and a pool to cool off in when it's hot.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Le gîte est vraiment magnifique, et sa localisation idéale au coeur de la Provence est vraiment adaptée pour visiter la région ! Nous n'avons malheureusement pas vraiment pu profiter de la piscine en hiver, mais nous reviendrons avec plaisir en été pour profiter au maximum de ce petit coin de paradis. Les hôtes sont aux petits soins et on se sent en même temps réellement chez soi ! Je recommande à tout groupe d'amis voulant profiter de Carpentras et sa région. Encore merci aux hôtes !

Nous avons adoré notre séjour du Gîte du Carmel. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le lieu est calme, c'est un véritable écrin au coeur même du centre-ville. C'est l'endroit parfait pour une escapade en famille puisqu'il a été validé également par notre fils de 9 mois ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !
