Arthroscanner réalisé il y a plus de 10 jours et toujours aucun compte rendu disponible à ce jour. Malgré plusieurs relances téléphoniques, on me répond chaque jour que le médecin va valider “dans la journée”… sans que cela ne soit suivi d’effet. L’absence de délai clair et de communication fiable est problématique, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit d’un examen nécessaire à la poursuite d’un suivi médical. J’espère que cet avis permettra d’accélérer la situation.

I found them very unprofessional this time. I have not yet received their doctor's report on the scanner I have got done on 24th February and it's been more than 15 days!. I have gone there personally 3 times for the report and each time I get the same reply that it is not ready. It surely doesn't take 15 days to write a report on a mere sinus scan! I will have have to go for my specialist appointment without the report all because of their incompetence.
