Animation team were BRILLANT. Our small grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed spending time with them at the kids club and we loved joining in with the dancing in the evening. Well equipped, clean mobile home with comfortable mattress. All members of staff we met were very welcoming and friendly. Especially in the shop, reception and restaurant. Thank you and we will be back.

Great camping in little trailer homes, a few cabins too. Nice little lake right beside the grounds, heated pool which is really nice. Beach is like 8 min drive. Service was great. They don't provide sheets or pillow cases etc.

Very nice camping. The mobile-home is clean, with all items for the kitchen and with bed linen and towels (for an additional fee, but you do not need to take anything with you). There are day and evening animations. But I would add more animation on the weekend (I don't know, maybe during the summer season they have it). The swiming pool is nice (there is a warm one, for spring is perfect and 2 fresh, also 2 slides). Personal and director are friendly. We were with 2 kids. The big one (7y.o) was happy. There is a beautiful lake nearby, where you can walk, run, having a bikeride. Also there is a horse stable 10 min on foot from the camp. And there is a botanique garden not far.

Lovely for an out of season rest. The lake is beautiful and so peaceful, the campsite is quiet in September. The pools were not busy and so refreshing on a hot day. |To be able to walk around the lake and paddle was delightful

this is our second holiday here but the first since Tophai took over. Arrival was smooth and quick we waited less than 10 mins for the keys to our Mobil home. |The kids and teenagers clubs have kept our children throughly entertained during our stay , the children have had a great holiday so far, the entertainment team have been fantastic.|Great little shop onsite for food and inexpensive, fresh baguettes every day avaliable.|There is a restaurant on site but have so far not eaten in it yet.|I do have some issues though the second night here I was hit from behind by some teenager on his bike who was riding round like a complete idiot pretty fast, cars have a speed limit in camp of 10 lymph, yet I have seen adults/teenagers and kids riding fast and not giving a damn about those who are walking around especially at night where the lighting is bad or non existent. Security on site told me that bikes were actually not allowed to be ridden on site yet this rule is not enforced, security dealt with the teenage who hit me very quickly and confiscated the bike until said teenagers parents were located and a stern warning was issued how ever this has ruined my holiday and has left me unable to Join in activities with the rest of my family because I'm struggling to walk after a small distance due to straining my back and leg when I was hit by the bike, I have spent most of this holiday stuck at the Mobil home due to pain in my back and leg, I spent 9 hours in the emergency room the day after being hit and have been instructed to basically rest after a 3 hour round trip to the nearest hospital. |In the handbook given to us when we arrived it clearly states that dogs must be kept on leads and also they must not be allowed to use the camping for their toilet needs and yet the camping is full of dog dirt, every morning I see people walking their animals near the swimming pool area and grass areas doing their business their owners do not care and verbally abuse you if confronted

Camping is located good near the lake and near Mimizan plage, animations are good but that's it. Starting from beds that are sooo uncomfortable..to location of houses where you are just living centimetres from your 2/3 neighbors with no security for small kids that have to be watched 24/7 because of cars coming and going all the time near your location. The heat in the house.. unbearable without A/C... ( well it's a metal-plastic box... ) For sure when you come don't think of those 4 stars. Think more about " Formula 1". Want to also add at the end that there is no contact with them after you finish your stay....we left there valuable item... Called and called...wrote... nothing..and now from 11/09 they are closed... So yes .. its a NO for me.

Lovely spot right on the side of the lake Aureilhan. Good shopping facilities close by (Lidl and Leclerc) Good walking and cycling paths to follow. Mainly French fellow travellers. Helpful reception staff. Mobile homes equipped for French tastes- you might want to take a kettle.

The camping itself is very nice, lot of trees, nice pool, mobilhomes are comfortable, lots of activities for kids and the whole service is excellent. One plus of this experience: everybody is extremely nice, the workers at the shops inside the camping, the neighbors at the camping, the staff.
