Avoid Enterprise. I booked my car on March 15, but on the pickup day (May 23) they could not give me the car. Very disappointing experience and poor service. I do not recommend using this company.

The agency manager at Montrouge Entreprise was top notch . I really take my hat off him as he was on his own dealing with many customers , never losing his temper despite some very challenging ones . He made the whole process run so smoothly for us . Hope this feedback can be passed on to him , he’s a credit to the company. We’ll definitely chose Entreprise again thanks to him .

Surprisingly mediocre experience. Let me first say that the man who checked us in was fantastic, friendly, and spoke great English. But he was the only one there it seemed on a Friday and therefore the wait was excruciatingly long as he did everything for all the customers checking in and out. Despite reserving a higher end car, they were unable to find one and I had to be downgraded but they did reduce my overall one way rate considerably which I appreciated. The second big problem was the condition of the car I received, it was horribly dirty and had no windshield wiper fluid. It was covered in tree sap or something and I had to stop at a gas station to clean the windshield properly…I have no idea why this car was so dirty…it really detracted from the experience from a highly rated business.

Absolutely the best car rental experience I've ever had. Personel speaks English, is polite and helpful. Prices are more than reasonable and cars are modern, well maintained. All in all a no-fuss & no-stress experience. Can't recommend it enough!

Such a great experience. This is the second time we have used this rental location, April 2024 and May 2025. It is always stressful getting a rental car but they made the experience easy and they were so pleasant and helpful.

Nothing negative to say about this rental place. We had a 5 stars service and we were a bit worried regarding some of the bad reviews but this was the best rental place I had ever been to. Iram was the agent who helped us with getting our car and returning it and my friend and I had never seen someone so professional and helpful. Would definitely go back there and highly recommend it. We rented an electric van for 2 days and it was perfect. It was quick to get it and same for returning it. Prices were good also. We had issues with charging it with high speed charger, we were only able to use the slow speed one but Iram was very understanding with this and didn't penalise us. Something to check before you rent an electric vehicle, make sure you know how to use the high speed charger, we did not!

I just picked a car up from here last week and I have to say the customer service was fantastic. David and his team were super welcoming, professional and attentive, I use enterprise a lot as I believe they provide a good service and always have a location nearby but this branch in particular was extremely good, they even went as far to change the language of the car menus for us based on the three languages we spoke between us. 10/10
