I had a really great experience at MAN service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely pleasant to communicate with. You can immediately feel that people here care about both their work and their customers. Rare species these days. Usually service centers treat you like an inconvenient traffic cone with a wallet. They quickly found the issue with my tachograph and solved the problem efficiently without unnecessary delays. What impressed me even more was the attention to detail and respect for the customer’s vehicle. Protective covers and safety materials were placed everywhere to avoid making anything dirty during the work. That level of care says a lot about the team and their values. Big respect to the entire staff. Keep growing stronger with this kind of attitude, professionalism, and human approach. It was genuinely a pleasure spending time at your service center.
