Please hire someone who can speak English or at least understand it. There was a dog being abused by a homeless person in Rihour but the lady wouldn’t understand me and the people would help me to communicate with her either.

We had a rather terrible experience at this animal shelter. We made an appointment at a specific time to see a certain cat and upon arrival we hear that the cat is sick so he’s not there and we can’t see him that day. They then make us wait for about an hour all the while asking us if we’re sure we made an appointment. Why would anyone lie about having an appointment? Eventually I had to prove the email stating the appointment to the rude gentleman working there. When it's finally time to see the cats most of them are sick, reserved or don't go well with other cats. We did mention in our emails that we already have a cat and would like a second cat so 90% of the 8 cats we saw weren't suited to our cat. A complete waste of time and just poor organization. It's a pity because we left with a sour taste in our mouth and we will most likely not want to work with this adoption agency at all. They forgot our booking, requests, and made us wait 1 hour to see cats that mostly weren't suited to us… really poor management. Furthermore, some of the staff are very rude.

This people are just angels for helping this animals to find a home. We found our lil doggo here

Please be there for your living pets , people are very helpful.

Disappointed that you need to be 18+ to volunteer there...
