Very good experience and welcome. Price and deadline respected. I appreciated the garage feedback on each issue I asked to check. Nevertheless, I have to come back to fix a constant creaking noise from the driver’s window when raising or lowering. They couldn’t fix it on the day of the appointment.

I was on vacation from the Netherlands with my Porsche when my air conditioning stopped working. Luckily, they were able to quickly diagnose the problem, but they didn't have an appointment until the end of next month. It's great that we were helped so quickly.

Wow, what brilliant customer service I had today. The service department really put in huge effort to fix an issue with my car in record time. Stephane helped us purchase our e-hybrid and he was great! He did a wonderful job communicating with us in English and made the entire transaction very easy. He also enlisted the help of his colleague, Paul, who took us on a test drive and spoke in perfect English and explained the car to us. I had reason to call in at Porsche Antibes whilst on driving holiday and suffering a minor issue with my 992. The service from both the reception staff and the technician (Adrian) was impeccable. Very efficient and dealt with my problem straight away. Top marks!
