SCI LE LOTUS BLANC

As we had never used this residence, the online check in text was very useful but we needed to know where 414 was which one of the welcoming reception staff explained level 4 number 14 after that it was easy. We had expected the bed to be made up this was not so and a quick visit to reception sorted that out without any problem, that was our only problem. The reception staff spoke excellent English and were able to get the washing machine consul to accept my contactless credit card with good humour. I liked the secure parking and trolleys to help carry the cases up to our room. The twin Otis lifts were very modern and efficient. The view of the Lydia and Med from our balcony really made the holiday. We used the in house restaurant both lunch and dinner and enjoyed the local Catalan specialities. The kitchen was well equipped and clean, with twin hotplate, microwave and elderly dishwasher-but it worked. A special mention of all the restaurant staff they were very helpful explaining their local fish and specialities, we enjoyed our time there.

Nightmare vacation above a construction site with 14 hours daily noise. Unexpected as not announced turn out auf what was supposed to be annual relaxing vacation ( silly expectation one has chosing an accomodation with Wellness)... Use of balcony or opening windows (No aircon in bedrooms, only in living space...) impossible between 7:30 a.m. (some days even 6.45!) and 20.30/21.00 until when construction activities continued. No information from the hotel before or during booking. We arrived on Saturday evening, when all places around were completely empty and we were surprised how Things developed with start of the week... Even closed Windows and shutters did not really prevent from noise. But sitting in a dark and locked room was anyway not the expectation. Hotel should inform in advance as constructions were for one of obviously reoccurring Events on this space and will continue after our departure for probably more than a week until start of Event. Probably deconstruction will follow aferwards and after that another use of the space which might need new works....

Spent one night here in July in a two bed apartment for five of us. Accommodation basic, but clean. It was very hot so the fans were very welcome. Large balcony, lovely pool area. Apartment a bit small if you were there for a week but it suited our needs very well. We visited Narbonne and Perpignan. Would be happy to stay here again, it was great value for what we paid.

The pool is nice, it is close to the beach and the employees are nice.||||But there is a night club behind this hotel in the wooded area behind it that plays music so loud the whole night that it is impossible to sleep.

This Résidence deserve 4 star. Nice place to have a relax Holiday. 😊
