Do not trust Louloue Amboise! Ne faites pas confiance à Louloue Amboise! I booked 3 nights at a property in central Amboise and arrived there with my family in the late afternoon. It was impossible to access the property due to damage to the keypad (someone had put glue on it). Despite many phone calls and emails, Louloue Amboise did nothing to help. In fact, they initially claimed all was fine, and then ignored me. This is despite the fact that their office is a mere 20 metres from the rental property I was trying to access. My family and I had to find alternative accommodation. 5 months later, Louloue is yet to reimburse me for the 3 nights stay at a property I paid for but could not access. Look elsewhere than Louloue if you want to find accommodation in Amboise! Comments on Louloue's reply to my review: (1) “We would like to point out that we were available upon your arrival to find a quick and efficient solution, but barely had time to find you a solution when you had already reserved another apartment.” WRONG: Louloue Amboise told me the day after I tried to access the property and attempted to contact them, that the keypad worked fine. Then they went quiet. It was impossible to contact them by phone: nobody answers the phone number provided on the reservation or replies to messages. A month after the event, other employees of Louloue finally replied to my enquiries. But they have gone quiet again. I am yet to be reimbursed. (2) "However, it is important to specify that your stay was reimbursed by the rental platform a few days later." WRONG: I have NOT been reimbursed and Louloue Amboise knows it. Perhaps they or the actual owner of the property have been reimbursed by the larger booking platform, but not me. From this I can see why many owners whose property is managed by Louloue Amboise are happy with their services, as can be seen from recent Google reviews: they get paid even if nobody was able to stay in their property.

Super nice apartment just close to the center of Amboise. it's ideal to stay in the city center w/o using car and very practrical to reach differents castels in the nearest region.

This is a beautiful apartment, in the center of Amboise. Immaculately clean! Great place to spend time with family and friends.

Easy to communicate with and very acommodating

Nous avons loué un appartement à francueil dans le 37. L'appartement est propre lumineux et spacieux. Parfait pour 2. De plus, Alexis, notre hôte, était très sympa.

Nous avons passé quelques jours dans un appartement à Francueil (37). Tout a été bien géré et l'appartement était propre, fonctionnel et bien équipé. La communication était facile et les explications claires. Un lieu bien placé pour visiter quelques châteaux et à 30min du zoo de Beauval.

Un grand merci pour votre accueil chaleureux à lussault sur Loire ainsi que pour cette maison agréable et impeccablement propre. Les enfants ont adoré la maison et le jardin ; ils nous ont même dit que le séjour n’avait pas été assez long… et nous partageons totalement leur avis tant nous nous y sommes sentis bien.
