This is a nice hotel in a great location, the breakfast was good and the rooms comfortable. Only a 10 minute walk from the Ile des Machines and close to the centre, so a great choice for a stay in Nantes. We were on a cycling trip and they locked our bikes up securely in their garage. The staff were exceptionally helpful when I had a problem with a bag - much more so than they needed to be (so many thanks for that!!).

We were here for only a night, but we would gladly return.||Hotel staff warm and welcoming. Attic bedroom and bathroom very well laid out, clean and quiet. Not for those that have poor mobility, though, as although there is a lift, you will need to climb some stairs. Breakfast scrumptious with local products! All in all, it was a lovely stay.

All around great experience

Perfect location, plenty of room in the rooms, lovely hot shower, staff very nice and friendly. Breakfast is excellent, a lot of it seems local and homemade. Would recommend and if we visit nantes again this would be the hotel we'd book.

Nice centralized location in Nantes, we walked to the castle, machines, and restaurants without difficulty. The rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was wonderful and they served home made preserves, delicious! The hotel also had a selection of local specialities to purchase, which was very convenient as most places were closed on Sunday when we wanted to go shopping. On top of it all, the front desk was delightful, extremely friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English. We were sad we could not stay longer and highly recommend this hotel.

I'm on day 2 of a week long stay at this charming hotel located in the heart of Nantes. The rooms are nice and the hotel well situated,. But the reason for me immediately writing this review, even before the end of my stay, is because of the quality of the team of individuals working here. I travel about 1/3 of every year and spend about 15-20% of my time in France. I can say, with confidence, that I have NEVER seen such a commitment to go above and beyond for every single client/guest. The people here are so lovely. So caring. So committed to ensuring that every need is met. I'm truly impressed and so happy that I select this hotel. Bravo and thank you from the bottom of my heart! What a positive difference you make in our lives!

We stayed here as a group for my birthday and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better hotel to stay in. ||From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and cared for, and their attention and kindness throughout our stay made the occasion even more memorable. The rooms were lovely, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a few minutes walk to the beautiful Place Graslin. ||Thank you so much to the amazing team for going above and beyond — you truly helped make my big birthday trip unforgettable!

Rooms are super small! It is almost impossible to move around. The location is quite central and the personnel is friendly and helpful.
