I traveled all the way from Canada to undergo surgery for a fistula I had been dealing with since I was a teenager. I was diagnosed over 13 years ago, but unfortunately, it was never treated properly. When I met Dr. Koudri, I explained my medical history and described the persistent yellowish-white anal fluid I was experiencing. Dr. Koudri referred me for an MRI. After reviewing the MRI results, Dr. Koudri told me, quite confidently, that I did not have a fistula. He congratulated me and said I could return to Canada. I wasn’t sure whether to feel relieved or concerned. I asked him about the anal fluid, and his response was shocking. He simply said, “I don’t know, maybe you have hemorrhoids.” What was even more concerning is that Dr. Koudri didn’t bother to physically examine me or even look at my anus to determine the source of the fluid. Thankfully, I obtained a second opinion from another surgeon. While the second doctor also noted that the MRI didn’t clearly show a fistula, he referred me to a gastroenterologist for a colonoscopy. The colonoscopy revealed an orifice, suggesting the presence of a fistula. During surgery, the second surgeon successfully identified and removed the fistula. I’m grateful I pursued further medical advice, as the initial diagnosis could have left my condition untreated. I would never refer anyone to Dr. Koudri based on my experience.

Je suis venu spécialement de France après des années de souffrance, et honnêtement je ne pouvais pas tomber sur meilleure équipe. Le docteur Kouidri est très professionnel, rassurant et vraiment compétent. Son assistant est exceptionnel toujours souriant, attentionné, très respectueux et à l’écoute. On sent qu’ils font leur travail avec beaucoup de sérieux et de cœur. Ça fait 15 jours que j’ai été opéré des hémorroïdes et je me sens super bien. Franchement, un grand merci au docteur et à son équipe, je recommande les yeux fermés
