We had family visiting and decided to celebrate in style at Gypse. We treated ourselves to the Menu Decouverte. A 5 course set menu, six if one includes the amuse bouche. And boy we were in for a fun culinary ride. All the dishes were layered well, with multiple different textures and tastes. All the dishes we had were truly excellent. The steak was outstanding. Everyone enjoyed the meal a lot. I also had the wine pairing, which was a great addition to each course. The service was really good, with very attentive staff. I was a little too quickly with my first glass of wine which i had finished with the amuse bouche, the waiter noticed during the first starter and refilled the glass right away. Price value is outstanding, each course was delicious and the whole family had a great time! Will come back for sure.

A meal that I will remember for a long time :). We had the five course tasting menu for dinner with a party of four. Atmosphere is modern as well as warm and cozy. High quality food with great execution. Bread is noteworthy. And as I’m pregnant, the tasting menu was adjusted to my needs. Well timed courses that didn’t feel hurried or too slow. Friendly service. And an extremely fair price for quantity and quality of food. Simply an excellent experience that I would be happy to repeat again and again.

We had a booking. We arrived on time and were seated quickly. Food was excellent, arrived on time, and had really good flavors. It was very fresh. We really like the dishes.

Absolute Reccomandation❤️Beautiful nonformal Restaurant that is very Cozy and Relaxed. The service is very friendly and attentive. The Menu of five course was a true delight. The Plates were all surprise for itself and I could not wait for the next thing to arrive. Each dish had several different textures and temperatures from crisp to foam. Best food I have ever had for a very good price. Thank you for this wonderful dining experience!!

One of the best restaurants in the area, in fact maybe the best. Will definitely have to come back to confirm. Cannot wait

Disappointing for the price. I managed to get a table as a walk-in and went for the tasting equivalent. Despite dining alone everything took forever (drinks included). Service was friendly

Absolutely tremendous experience with some of the best food I've eaten in a long time. We opted to do the tasting menu and everything was basically a surprise and tasted so good. The menu changes regularly, from what our local friends said, so it would be fun to go back to again and again. Be sure to make a reservation!
