The place is hard to find but the Filipino staff here are very kind and approachable..

Before coming, I called the hotline multiple times because I was afraid I wouldn’t be accommodated without an appointment. I felt disheartened that nobody was picking up. I arrrived after 3 PM, I was m entertained by two employees who patiently answered my questions. When I inquired about why my calls were being rejected after the third minute (I saw a pattern after all my multiple attempts of calling them), they explained that it indicated a high volume of callers in line, so I was reminded to be patient. I havent tried to email them though.

I had a pleasant experience, very friendly people, beautiful place and the application for renewal of passport was easy and quick as I already filled up the form online, 54 euros for the fee and they ask for a copy of my passport. Although I waited for almost a week for the confirmation of my appointment. Nevertheless everything went well. 🇵🇭

The process was too quick. I completed my requirements online where they also responded quickly so when I arrived here, I just submitted what is needed and will wait for the issuance of the card.

I had a very positive experience with the Philippine Embassy. The staff were consistently respectful, responsive, and helpful throughout the process. I called several times with questions, and each time, someone answered promptly and made a genuine effort to assist me. I would especially like to thank Christine, the agent who handled my case, for her professionalism, efficiency, and courteous support. Her assistance made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. I truly appreciate the excellent service provided.

Each person I have met at the Consular office has been incredibly kind, competent and helpful, helping us through all kinds of administrative requests over the years (passport application, report of mariage, report of birth, overseas voting..). The waiting area is very welcoming for babies too, with a secure changing station in the restroom, a private breast-feeding room, and consulate employees who are champions at getting your baby to pose for a passport picture! Thank you so much to the wonderful team for all your help, we appreciate it 🙏🏼

I can’t thank you enough for giving me the fastest , quickest, efficient, excellent superb resolution to my wedding application. Not counting the overwhelming satisfactory customer service! Every time I visit the office , they were always accommodating and very informative and they don’t hesitate to explain to me thoroughly thé steps I need to do for my convenience. Another magnificent service just happen today , I called and raised them my concern, they laid all the possible options o have and believe it or not, I was given the fastest resolution ever! They didn’t hesitate to extend their services to me especially I have 16 months old daughter. Super thank you so much for all the hardworking, beautiful, efficient, people with a big heart at Philippine Embassy in Paris! Mabuhay po kaung lahat! God bless you all!
