I came into the store with my 2 friends looking for a scarf to buy. We didn’t find what we were looking for (none of the associates even offered to help) , so we were getting ready to leave and were waiting for our car inside (it is extremely cold and rainy outside). The woman sales associate was EXTREMELY RUDE, and she said looking at our phones was not looking around the store and forced us to go upstairs and escorted us out the store. We were actually considering purchasing something here, but due to her TERRIBLE attitude and disrespectfulness I will never be returning to this store nor will I be a customer ever. Don’t bother coming into this store, let alone giving your money to these nasty people.

I have been a Boss customer for a long time. I have never been this disrespected in my life. 15min waiting for someone to even look at us and well they didn't care. 15min, no help whatsoever (even though we asked for help 3 times). Unprofessional staff !

Horrendous service. Can’t provide an exchange in the shop, can’t make an order to deliver an item to their shop, can’t call another shop of the chain to put aside the item for later, giving the reason that «they never pick-up anyway», making up some reasons and making a fool of me. The shop assistant is passive aggressive, defining their clientele as people, who «can afford to pay second time for delivery». I don’t know what she was implying, but I just felt treated very badly and left frustrated! It’s my second time in the Hugo Boss shop in Paris and second time they act lost, confused and agressive. Will not be back and instead of exchange I’d rather do a return of item and never buy from this brand again

It’s a nice store with a nice collection, however, I second what other customer Said, staff is completely clueless, literally!! The guy in the men section could have been just another customer! Did not offer to help and when asked he did not know anything at all about the collection, the availability of sizes or models.

We had a great shopping experience here. My husband received personalized service by the associate in suiting and we did not feel rushed. We have found that the tailoring and quality of Hugo Boss suiting can't be beat. There are multiple tiers of quality and fitting within their suiting collection, and at every tier you get a really good suit.

I am not sure why others have had a bad experience. The customer service here is quite excellent. Very helpful. Not pushy. Had a wonderful experience. In fact, I would shop here regularly if I lived in Paris.

Rubbish for dress slacks.... gray black navy blue is a limited range. Tie around the middle is not dress slacks rather leisure suit Larry look and unprofessional!
