Warm greeting upon arrival. It was late when I got here. A bit confused on how to enter. Working a gate with only one eye open is always going to be a challenge. Apart from that, room clean and quiet. Previous comments about noisy fans had been remedied provably by the previous guest as it was dismantled much to my happiness🤣. Simple and filling breakfast and now only a 5 min uber to the office. Great value. And I don’t see any reason for a moan. Bon Bon.

Stayed for 1 week in the hotel during my business trip. Rooms are small and compact.||Its located very near to my office ( around 1,5km). Breakfast was good but no major variety, same menu all days. Room cleaning is done once a week. Room is comfortable with fridge, induction oven, all major kitchen utensils, Oven and dish washing machine.||Bed was comfortable and WIFI was good ( had frequent disconnecting but speed is very good). Near by shops and markets are available to purchase food items.

We stayed in one of the apartments. It was clean, it's a good size, the beds (including a fold-out) were fine, there is a good kitchenette, and the parking is secure. There were 2 exhaust fans that couldn't be turned off, presumably to stop mould: I like that, the humming helps me sleep, but others may find it annoying. Also, the nearby dining options are mainly fast food but the pizza we had was excellent, and there is a supermarket within 3-4mins walk. Overall it was good, I would stay again if visiting Versailles; the palace is 6-7mins away by car, and all the hotels near it are quite a bit more expensive.

I requested a clean room because I have OCD and I knew upon arrival I wouldn’t be guaranteed it went into the room and seen this…immediately asked for it to change….new room was okay but they’re all very small…requested a room service plenty of times and they said they’d do it but NEVER DID. After 5 days after asking reception they kept forgetting to clean my room eventually I got so sick and tired of how poor the system was I demanded a new room. Never going here again

An exceptional stay! The rooms were spotless, the staff went above and beyond, and the amenities were top-notch. Perfect location with everything you need close by. Highly recommend for a stress-free and luxurious experience!

Amazing Stay with Exceptional Service! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Residhome , and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel’s location is fantastic and it was very peaceful and welcoming. I also loved the staff and the sitting lounge , which added an extra layer of luxury to my visit. What truly sets residhome apart is the service. Every staff member I encountered was warm, professional, and eager to assist with anything I needed. I can’t wait to return. If you’re considering a stay here, don’t hesitate—you’ll be in excellent hands!

This place was, generally speaking, not clean. It looked like no one had stayed in the room for quite some time (dead bugs and crumbs inside the silverware tray in the kitchenette, mold in the bathroom). Someone had obviously smoked a lot in the room in the past, as the smell was quite strong. The bed linens were clean. ✅ The toilet was clean. ✅ Complimentary bottled water. ✅ But everything else was dusty or hadn’t been cleaned. Attached is a picture of our roommate for the stay (we could not catch him). 🕷️

Dissapointed with the room. Noisy extractor fan was going all night, which apparently cannot be turned off. Uncomfortable beds. Breakfast has limited choice.
