Terrible customer service! Bought a shower 4 months ago, shower won’t switch off and the company have washed their hands off it telling me to contact the manufacturer! When I quoted the 2015 Consumer Act they refuted this ! !!! Trading standards, I’m afraid, are the next step!

Recently purchased a new cooker/hobs from here, extremely impressed with the service - David was the salesperson helping me choose what suited my budget, extremely efficient, very knowledgeable, helpful and honest - I definitely received an excellent customer service expierience, next day delivery, and I love my new cooker/hobs - all for reasonable price too. Highly recommend.
