Just like any other Leroy Merlin. Helpful staff, maze layout, good quality

Very helpful staff (unlike their competitors) and even though they couldn't help with what we wanted we left feeling they tried their best to offer a solution. Well laid out store with clear signage.

Avoid this shop! I ordered and paid for a shower unit. RDV agreed, I drove over an hour to get there. On arrival they said they didn't have it in stock. I wrote to customer service twice, no reply. I spent 3 hours, and €40 in petrol. This is the third bad experience with LM La Rochelle. I won't shop there again.

This is a review for the service given by an employee and not for a specific product. Like many other businesses of this type, the number of items detailed on the website may not be accurate and is subject to the day's sales. However, to avoid me having to travel unnecessarily (given I'm over one hour from the shop), Matthieu B, a member of the Leroy Merlin staff, actually verified and confirmed that the article I was interested in was indeed out of stock, despite the website showing 4 units available. I am therefore grateful to Matthieu B for having taken the time on my behalf - he is a credit to the Leroy Merlin team.

Normally very good service but recently they have let us down with very poor stock control. Their website says they have stock, I travel over an hour to get there and there is nothing in stock

Like this big home decor store. Big and stylish items are always up to date, if a little expensive.

Staff always friendly and helpful and the stock is good. Clean toilets and plenty of hand cleaning products. Hence 5 star

Lots of work going on in store so not the best experience. Look forward to making a return visit soon.
