CHATAIGNER THIERRY

First of all Thousand thanks to Anthony!!!!! We came home and noticed that the heater was down and not working in this cold weather. We called several places even our usual who were magically non responsive. We tried Châtaigner the lovely secretary was going to schedule us for next tuesday then as soon as she she could she called back and moved us to today .Then came our Châtaigner Angel Anthony, whom according to my husband was very very kind and very well aware of the situation. He solved part of the issue and was able to put the heating back to services, till we get the correct piece. (He even went back and forth to his company to get a temporary piece to help us!!!!) Thats what i called Taking care of your customers :). All we can say is if you need a very reliable and kind company for your heating and plumbing run as fast as you can to Châtaigner.
