It was fine for a quick overnight stay. But for breakfast, the egg machine was apparently broke and there were only hams available for protein. So it was just different types of bread, ham, and two types of cheese available to eat. There were no fruits either.
Hotel was about 10 minutes from nearest Metro station, so fairly convenient. Despite being near a main road it was very quiet. Rooms are as you'd expect from Ibis brand - comfortable with sufficient room. Breakfast was included but could have done with more choice - flavoured yoghurt would have been a good addition and possible some hot food. Staff were pleasant and always happy to help
My reasoning for the low review is: - I did the online check in so that when we would arrive the check in would be quick and easy. It wasn’t, my room was not ready and we were asked to wait for an hour, after some discussion they gave me a room 30 mins later than supposed to - Plumbing issues, bathroom emits a smell and the corners of the shower had small spots of mold - very outdated windows that do not close fully and do no sty open on their own - bed headrest was made from metal. - during breakfast there was almost no food and every single table had dirty plates on them -TV and Air conditioning did not work -While there is a metro station 5 minutes walking, the area and station are quite sketchy

Ludivine is very lovely person, easy to talk she’s been very helpful and friendly to us constantly that we’re English she really tried her best to understand us and our needs, will definitely be communicating back and will also recommend this place to ours friends… , I really like my stay and love the room
The room smelled like cigarette smoke. However, I only used public transport once. I didn’t like it because the area is a disaster. To get a taxi, I had a hard time with the reception. I called a taxi, but it didn’t show up. I had to use an app I found, and they arrived in exactly 8 minutes. Honestly, I recommend this website olataxiparis,fr and I told the reception to keep it, it might be useful for them, and not to hesitate to ask for it. On the other hand, the breakfast was mixed. I think I’ll go to Paris even if it costs a little more.
A stressful situation at Charles De Gaulle Airport with a cancelled Easyjet flight at departure time turned into a positive experience thanks to the Ibis Styles hotel. The friendly and helpful staff made a late night arrival with two young children much smoother. The hotel itself is very neat and wonderful. While the breakfast buffet was a bit limited, it was still delicious and included in the stay. The location wasn't ideal, but for a short one-night stay, it was perfectly manageable. The front desk reception's employee kindly called for us a taxi and he went to outside the property to guide him to us. Overall, highly recommended for families in a similar situation.
Easy booking process. Hotel is on a busy Street with free secure parking that has a security gate, which requires an entry code if walking. The team is friendly and speak English. Our room, as expected, was small but functional. Comfy bed. Interesting decor with an industrial theme. Aircon was cold. No fridge or kettle in the room. Although a microwave, kettle and water dispenser is located in the foyer area. Location is close to bus, tram and metro. Canal is only a short walk away.
