My 3rd bad experience with this dealership. I would urge somebody from VW to go there "unannounced" to get the experience without alerting the employees. When I arrived, about 15 people that work there are standing around smoking cigarettes and drinking coffee. Nobody asked to help and they look at you like you are a nuisance. I was taking my EV for service, and the "rude" "customer service" rep "Sabine" explained to me that "since I have an EV" I am not normal. She was implying directly that it is "much better" to have a diesel car. The "air" around this business is sour. The manager must not care and obviously that person "sets the standard" of behavior. Shame for VW....this place tarnishes your brand and image of quality. It is hilarious that the staff have a sign on their office that says "customer service" when in fact they are "customer terrorists". I do not blame the "workers" but rather the person that is allowing it to happen.....i.e. the manager.

Big dealers of big brands still don't get it...express service is far from express..ordered cleaning not done..car still makes strange noises..under warranty..wait until it breaks....
