room was ok, breakfast was very nice, check in - slow process event when there were no people in line. the hotel need renovation. we had fire alarm at 2 in the morning - one hour standing out (looks like your staff didnt know what to do). the enter to the parking place with my rental car was complicated -better to advise direction in advance

Good location one tram stop from train station. Stayed four nights for business. Rooms clean, beds comfortable, and daily room service excellent. Could have better lighting. Lobby and restaurant more updated and food service is very nice. Had breakfast and dinner. Service there and at front desk excellent. One word of caution, if staying over weekend ask to not be on street side. There is a lot of loud noise until past 0300 on street side. Would be intolerable if needed to have windows open in warmer months.

The location is fantastic. It is about a 10-minute walk from the train station and sits right on the edge of the city centre, making it ideal for visiting the Christmas markets and exploring Strasbourg on foot.||Unfortunately, the rooms were disappointing. They felt dated, quite small, and uncomfortably warm. There was also a noticeable smell in the corridor. Given the price, which in Australia would usually secure a premium hotel, the overall value did not match expectations.||Breakfast was particularly poor. If you want anything other than scrambled eggs, you need to cook your own. The scrambled eggs appeared powdered, the crêpes were cold and clearly pre-cooked, and there was only one toaster servicing a very large seating area. Breakfast service also finishes early at 9.30 am. You would be better off eating elsewhere.||Overall, the location is the hotel’s main strength, but the accommodation and breakfast offering do not justify the cost.

We arrived late and I chose this hotel through the Accor app. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. Our first room had a bad smell and the carpets were filthy — stained and not even properly hoovered. We asked to move and were given another room, but it was very basic, with exposed cables coming out of the wall by the bed. There wasn’t even any water provided in the room. The restaurant/bar was also closed, so there was no option to buy anything to drink. Breakfast was acceptable, but very crowded and full of children — nothing wrong with that, but it’s not the standard I would expect from a 4-star hotel advertised as “perfect for a business stay.” At reception, I was told that this was “what I paid for” because we had booked the cheapest room, and that only executive rooms include water, which were sold out. If that is the case, this should be clearly communicated. The offer in the app appeared attractive, but not exceptionally cheap, and there was no mention of these limitations. It was presented as a “mobile-only” offer for loyal members.

The hotel is located quite close to historical center and attractions . The room was big enough to accommodate families with two children. The check-in and check out was fast . We had to wake up and leave the hotel premises at mid night due to a security Alarm. The issue was Hotel Management didn't pass any relevant instruction except stay out side and wait . We waited around 60 mins . Not seen any emergency service .

There is a nightclub in front of and below the hotel that also has an outdoor section. It went until 6 AM on both Friday and Saturday nights. We did not sleep due to the noise. I’m a gold member of Accord. The price of this hotel (over €350 per night) does not present value. Overpriced even during the Christmas high season. Avoid it.

No AC, dusty table, very loud in certain rooms close to the road and a night club. Butnit was mostly clean, with a great view of the city, close to the mall and other points of interest. Breakfast was excellent with amazing variety.

The hotel is in an excellent location, with very easy access to Strasbourg’s old town. The room feels a little dated and could have some renovation. The hotel has parking, but it is not cheap and can be a bit tight for large cats.
