I stayed 5 nights at Ibis Villepinte Parc Expos during the Première Vision Paris fair and the experience was excellent. The staff is extremely friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request. Its proximity to CDG airport and the exhibition center makes this hotel a real gem with an excellent price/quality ratio. Highly recommended

Part of a school party. First night, vegetarian and allergen kids were not catered for. Evening staff were rude. Breakfast by contrast was amazing, staff were super friendly. Saturday night, we wanted a drink...only to be told the bar was closed, at 9.30, on a Saturday. Beggars belief.

The hotel is pretty cool.||I went as part of a school trip...first night food was good, but no vegetarian or allergens catered for.||Breakfast was amazing by contrast.||On the last night we wanted to have a drink to celebrate a good tour...9.30pm....BAR CLOSED....ON A SATURDAY!!||All in all a good comfortable stay, but tell the staff to be more accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel during a business trip to Paris for the VivaTech conference, as it was recommended as a budget-friendly option for professionals. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, I had difficulty locating the hotel since it is situated behind a stadium with minimal signage. I ended up walking in the 35°C midday heat through a large parking area for nearly an hour. Once I arrived, I discovered that the door lock to my room was malfunctioning. Later that evening, while I was in central Paris, a new guest was mistakenly given access to my room—despite my belongings being inside—due to what I was told was a database error. Returning to the hotel at night was another challenge. The area is poorly lit, and the nearby metro tunnel closes at 10 PM, forcing me to search for an alternative route on foot. Eventually, a different receptionist apologized and provided me with a new room. However, at 7 AM the next morning, a member of hotel management entered my room without knocking just to check if the room was empty, waking me up unexpectedly. Following this series of issues, I decided to relocate to the another Hotel, which provided a much better experience. Unfortunately, I was not offered any refund or compensation for my disrupted stay at Ibis.

I stayed for 5 days over Christmas and it was great, the receptionists were super attentive and provided all the necessary support, the hotel was near the train station, making it very easy to get around to Paris.

Very substandard hotel very very small bed no fridge no safe no kettle no coffee machine the hotel is not worth for living the beds are so tiny you can fell down from the bed if you want to change sides would not recommend any one no water bottles no amenities in the room

Small room, but good bed. No plastic shower nor funny clothes hangers. No gym. Good breakfast. Free water and "detox" in lobby. Restaurant has good (but small) burgers. Be aware that it is quite a trek from the RER station if you are arriving on foot - the other Ibis Styles Hotel might be a better choice in that case.

If you don’t have a car avoid this hotel!!!! The hotel itself isn’t to bad it’s a budget hotel but the location if you don’t drive is a nightmare. The entrance your supposed to exit from is closed so you have to exit the other side go down stairs under the subway and up stairs. If you’re staying in a hotel you obviously got luggage and if you have a pram just forget it. Then it gets worse. There is only one way to walk to the hotel, when we exit the station the subway was closed, they shut the gate. If your not from the area or country your stuck we was trying to find alternative routes but it’s over 1hr30 mins walk. When I went up to the gate that was closed everything was in french, I pressed a buzzer to ask directions to hotel and they opened the gate. The journey there is in some construction/industrial area that has fences all around, it doesn’t look like a path to get to a hotel, if your not from the area you’ll be lost/ confused. It just looks like an abandoned construction site. Please if you stay at the hotel make sure you drive. There is also no shops or anything nearby so Any time you leave the hotel you have to walk to the station. If you drive the hotel it’s my bad. You get what you pay for
