Nice shop with everything we need

We were disappointed with our experience purchasing a bed at Darty. The staff didn’t clearly explain their return or exchange policy, and when we found the bed uncomfortable after 2-3 weeks, they refused to offer any assistance. The overall customer service was very poor. I would not recommend shopping here if you value good service and flexibility.

I recently visited this electronics shop and was blown away by the level of service I received from their incredibly polite staff. (Laila, Christine and Jeremy). From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly hellos, and throughout my visit, they went out of their way to make sure I found everything I needed and was completely satisfied with my purchases. Not only was the staff courteous and professional, but the selection of electronics at this store was also impressive. They had a wide variety of products to choose from, and I was able to find everything I needed for my home entertainment system at a great price. Overall, I had a fantastic experience at this electronics shop, and I would highly recommend it to anyone in the market for electronics. The staff (Laila) truly went above and beyond to make my shopping experience a pleasant one, and I look forward to returning in the future.
