Beautiful and calm place. They could make more out of it. A bit more explanations and signs would have been appreciated and probably a small cafe/bar.

Visit at your own risk. I got bit like crazy by the insects but an interesting place and definitely a learning experience. Go for it. An hour should be enough. A bit complicated navigating. It’s better if they guide you but they don’t. I was pretty lost despite the map.

I could sit here on a bench and absorb the aroma and relaxed environment. There us a varied selection of fresh beautiful flowers.

Nice garden in Mouans that completes the Grasse MIP visit. August (and the afternoon) is certainly not the best season to visit as there is no flower to see or to smell. But one can imagine how beautiful it must be in Spring. When you buy a ticket here, you get 50% discount on the Grasse MIP ticket.

Was more than a little disappointed in some respects of this place. There was no museum really despite it advertised online as one. The gardens were really lovely to walk through despite the heat, but could do with a better gift shop or perhaps a little cafe there. Wouldn't be in a rush to go back.

4.5 really. The gentleman at the desk gave us a map and suggested a route which was honestly helpful. We visited in spring when the garden was just coming alive. The tulips, iris, daffodils, flowering trees and others were lovely. And it was such a calm walk ... even with a group of school children visiting at the same time. We had brought a simple picnic of sandwiches and ate in the garden which was very nice. We will be going back in mid-season to see the garden in full bloom. It is an easy (although not scenic) walk from the Moans-Sartoux train station. It was a shame that the MIF website does not explain the garden, what is in season, and its relationship to the museum.

Really beautiful and peaceful time spent here.

A beautiful set out garden , displaying many types of herbs and flowers used to extract essential oils ,to manufacture perfumes. The layout also displays are amongst the different garden rooms. We unfortunately visited the garden in summer, where the best colour display has gone.
