Lovely accommodation, well situated for beach & town centre. Fantastic views of the mountains from our balcony. Use of the pool was welcome in the heat and all to ourselves most of the time. Marked down 1 star as no washing up or dishwasher consumables provided and batteries in the safe needed changing. Paul, our 'go to' man was fantastic and even provided somewhere to plug in our electric hire car. A very enjoyable holiday in a fantastic location.

Stayed here first week in September text Paul as prviously arranged to confirm our approx arrival time and he was there waiting for us. Extremely friendly welcome and assisted us to our beautiful apartment with our luggage after extremely quick check in. He advised us of the facilities and showed us round the apartment which was perfectly clean and spacious with excellent facilities. The outside area is delightful and surrounded by lovely gardens. (we had a ground floor apartment). there was a welcome pack of water, fresh fruit juice, some beautiful olive biscuits and a superb bottle of Rose wine - I meant to get some from Paul before we left but forgot. It was the best we had throughout the week. Pool area is lovely and well maintained. The shower was brilliant and water lovely and hot. Paul offered assistance with train times and restaurant advice or where to go if we needed any help. Leclerc supermarket just up the road is superb for choice and easy to find. it took about 10 minutes walk into town so location is perfect. would definately recommend to family and friends and stay here again without hesitation. Thanks to Paul and Ann-marie for everything.

We had a super week staying at Residence le Clos Saint Paul. The apartment was large with a great terrace and maintained to a very high standard with all the amenities needed for a great holiday. Modern and stylish whilst maintaining a nice holiday feel. Suitable for children, we travelled with our daughter who is 3. The pool area is nice, fairly small but we were expecting this from the pictures. Help and service is readily available and good. The location is a nice distance from the main centre. Some of the surrounding buildings are a little out of place with holiday accommodation but the view of the mountains and blue sky far outweighs this. We would happily return and recommend.

Stayed for 22 days at this apartment and had a wonderful time. Close enough to walk into town (although can be hard slog back up the hill after a few wines!). The apartments are spacious and clean and the pool area is lovely. Was lucky to have the place almost to ourselves for the first two weeks and thanks to Paul for the upgrade and to Anne Marie for the welcome gift!. We booked direct with Paul and Anne Marie and they were both extremely helpful with the whole process, sending me emails and texts in English! ||Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend for both couples and families, old and young.

Stayed for a week at Le Clos Saint Paul. Family of 5 with children 8 to 12. The accommodation was clean, spacious and excellent value. Fantastic service from Paul - excellent communication throughout the booking, arrival and departure process. Children loved the pool, great location and two of us spent an enjoyable morning on the (free to hire) e-bikes. Highly recommended.

Lovely apartment, fantastic heated swimming pool, really friendly host manager running the residence, and Ile-Rousse is great for a family holiday with excellent beaches. Not too far to walk into town from the apartments, and some more lovely coastline and beaches a very short drive away. Even a bit of a coastal path walk if your kids are up for it! Really highly recommended, and I'm sure we'll be back! Thanks Paul for a great week!

We have a two bedroom apartment which is really spacious with two double beds and a big bathroom and living area. There is everything you could ever need here, loads of plates etc, microwave dishwasher washing machine toaster. The place was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Paul at reception was really helpful and speaks good English. The pool is about normal size for a smallish hotel but has plenty of beds and there are four sit up type bikes that can be hired at no cost from reception. There is plenty of parking however the spaces are a bit tight. The accomodtaion was easy to find and is within a 10 minute walk of I'll Rouse town centre making it easy to walk into town for dinner. It is a bit hilly but no a problem at all.||The beaches nearby are lovely with fine white sand and parking although I would guess in high season the parking disappears very quickly. Not a problem at half term at all. ||We have been to Lozari, I'll Rouse Algajola and Ambroggio all of which were really clean with places to eat if you want to do so.||The view from our apartment is of the mountains and we have a terrace that gets the sun from early morning until late afternoon and was fantastic for breakfast and lunch.||There is a Leclerc supermarket 2 minutes away by car which was very big and had great fresh fish and anything else you could want. ||The hotel sits a bit further up the hill from a school so it is a bit busy at pick up and drop off time but this did not cause us any problems.||I'll Rouse has lots of nice restaurants and so far we have only tried two both of which were really good with three courses for E21 per person. ||This is an excellent place to stay for everyone.

Booked this place with Corsican places (Kaye - great rep in resort) on the last minute and what a holiday - the accommodation was perfect - all white and clean, with a beautiful large terrace for lounging or dinning on - which we did every morning with fig jam, fresh croissants and freshly brewed coffee (the jam and fresh coffee were both in the welcome pack, croissants from the local bakery.....yummy breakfast!! the kitchen wants for nothing - everything you could possibly need is there....including washer & dishwasher). The local town (5-10 mins walk away) is very, very pretty has plenty of places to eat, buy fresh bread, small boutique shops and a picturesque sea front to walk along. There are only 14 apartments that share the pool but this must have been our lucky week because we had the pool to ourselves for most of our stay. Weather was perfect and Paul was there to meet us - spoke great English (for us lazy Brits who are not very good at speaking French!) and provided us with loads of information on our arrival about the area AND we didn't expect to get into our accommodation until late afternoon but it was ready for us on our arrival at 12.30......Perfection. Would we go back.....didn't want to come home
