Liked: The campsite was very private and beautiful and extremely clean with good facilities. A lovely indoor heated swimming pool and the surrounding gardens were well looked after and very pretty. The walks were fantastic and very scenic and great variety for our dog. The owner was very friendly, personal and helpful and they obviously really cared about their guests wanting to ensure the very best experience. Also the only campsite we have been to with excellent wifi connection.Thank you for such a lovely stay and we will definitely be back!

Liked: lovely pitch, warm and welcoming owners. Very quiet despite a wedding party being there. Absolutely loved the spa chalet with sauna and jacuzzi and booked it every night. Great swimming pool too. Lovely garden. Disliked: toilets could be better.

The location is excellent for walks in the local countryside including along the Charente river. Beautiful surroundings and lots of walks to enjoy. Everywhere is spotlessly clean on site. The swimming pool is superb, open all day and evening nice and warm inside the covered pool. The pool is refreshing and not busy, I actually had the pool to myself in low season, amazing! We really enjoyed being able to walk into the local village and stroll along the Charente left or right, gorgeous scenery. Everyone says Bon jour 😊 Frank and Martine are so friendly and welcoming, you can ask anything they want to help you enjoy your stay. After a long drive on our first day, we arrived, Frank kept in touch before we arrived and guided us to the property entrance on WhatsApp. He met us as we arrived and showed us the pitches, the lovely sauna and jaccuzzi, the swimming pool and reception area. Martine welcomed us too and made a delicious platter as we arrived late in the day and we didn’t want to cook. Frank and Martine brought the food to our pitch, we could choose the time to bring it, so convenient. We thank them so much for making our stay extra special. The pitches are spacious, we moved to enjoy the sunshine and enjoyed the extra benefits of fresh walnuts dropping from the tree every day 😋 we highly recommend this camping site. Such a treat.

We enjoyed our two night stay at this beautiful site. We were in our motorhome and Franck was so helpful on our arrival. There is everything you need at this small and lovely site and the surrounding area is beautiful. We would definitely stay again. Sorry we missed you when we left Franck We had a long journey ahead of us and needed to sort Alfie Dog before leaving. Thank you for everything. xx

Liked: the setting is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards. The welcome from the owners was wonderful. They are so friendly. I loved the morning bread delivery to our motorhome! Disliked: Nothing. it was perfect

Liked: Warm welcome from a lovely host. One of the highlights of our road trip through France, Portugal & Spain. Site is completely secure and in a beautiful area. Can't recommend this place enough 👌 Disliked: Nothing 🤙

Liked: The Owners of the Campsite, Frank and Martene, were very welcoming when we arrived and showed us around their small but extremely adequate Campsite. They made a great effort to speak with all the Campers, every day, to ensure all was OK The Campsite is ideally situated 5 minutes from the National Route N141 and within easy reach of all the beautiful and historic Cities, Towns and villages along the Charente River and the Cognac Vineyards. The facilities, Washing up & Showers were very clean with hot water at all times. The All Weather swimming pool was a good size and a big attraction after a day spent sight seeing. The owner, Frank, brought fresh Bread/Pastries every morning, to order, from Jarnac, which was a bonus for us. This site is in a beautiful location, in the Cognac area, and within easy walking/cycling distance to both the Charente River and the local Village. Disliked: NONE
