Very scenic site: a canyon on your way to the romanesque cathedrals and abbeys of the Massif Central region of France
Nice walk through the canyon and back up to the church which seems suspended in time.
What an amazing little village, perched on the edge of a massive canyon. I recommend the walk down into the canyon then the stroll back up the other side to the church. That is the finest example of Romanesque architecture I've seen in a very long time.
We had a fabulous afternoon, meandering the different paths of this amazing place.
Very special to see a village more than 1000 years old where people still live in the canyon, visited there in 30 aug 2025
Small quaint village, very big Gorge only had short visit did not walk the Gorge but believe roman Bridge remains at the bottom. Church on opposite side of Gorge.
Underrated attraction in the region. And best of all its free with amazing views.
Very impressive. Take the local tourist train. Value for money
